Overview
Esplanade at Rivergrass is a gated golf community that Taylor Morrison is building off Oil Well Road in northeast Naples, on land that was previously farmed. Plans call for 977 single-family homes and condominiums.
Its 18-hole, par-72 course is being designed by Chris Wilczynski, who has worked on several earlier Esplanade communities with Taylor Morrison. Construction started in autumn 2025 after a long permitting process, and the course is expected to open for play in 2027.
Membership is bundled at the social level, with golf membership optional. Planned facilities include a clubhouse, fitness and wellness centers, a spa, a culinary center, a pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, and a driving range.

Bundled: residents must hold a social membership; golf membership is not required and some properties carry only a social membership. No non-resident memberships.
