Overview

Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club is the private club at the center of Plantation Bay, a gated community built by ICI Homes north of Ormond Beach. The community spans roughly 3,600 acres across the Flagler-Volusia county line, and the developer reports that more than half of that land is still to be developed, with hundreds of acres set aside as preserve.

Golf is played over 45 holes: the Founders North and South nines and the 18-hole Prestwick course, which Lloyd Clifton designed. Two clubhouses serve members, alongside pools, a spa and fitness center, 10 Har-Tru tennis courts and 10 pickleball courts.

Housing ranges from golf villas and townhomes to custom single-family homes and estates.
